Working with other consulting firms, we have developed a highly-productive approach to project consulting. This approach combines mentoring and training that provides clients with support from a project management expert throughout the project life cycle. Our approach focuses on the often overlooked importance of understanding business and financial issues when managing projects as well as conventional IT metrics. Each client’s needs are individual and our approach has helped organizations launch new projects, manage risk, analyze troubled projects, monitor project status, and to communicate.

Depending on the needs of the client, we can in addition to developing the curriculum take care of the course logistics including arranging for course sites, producing and delivering course materials, and providing instructors.
